HVAC Installer $75K–$150K

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

Experience with installation of rooftop units, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems, boilers, and ductwork.
Must be able to develop customer rapport and communicate clearly face-to-face with customers.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Complete all paperwork with the customer upon leaving.
Requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions.
Must be willing and able to train installation helpers who are assigned to work with you.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently.

HVAC Service Technician $90K–$175K

HVAC Technician Job Summary:
We are looking for highly technical and professional commercial/residential service technicians to join our team. The essential role of the HVAC Service Technician is to provide general repairs and services for new and existing clients. Candidates should have extensive experience with various types of HVAC equipment and boilers, must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and boilers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with the dispatcher to ensure the schedule is maintained.
Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, and pictures as necessary.
Assist clients in evaluating repair vs. replace options.
Assist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations.

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in HVAC service.
Must be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education.
Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems.
Plumbing experience a plus, but not required * Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by by all codes.
Ability to draw simple diagrams and can read blueprints and other diagrams.
Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver’s license.
Willingness to work overtime and “on call” shifts as needed .
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
